Key Responsibilities
Support Category Strategy Execution
Execute the channel go-to-market strategy
Assist in setting and tracking business KPIs (NTS, Offtake, etc.)
Follow up on channel and portfolio strategy execution to ensure alignment
Brand communication planning and execution
Assist in analyzing category trends and consumer behavior to support brand communication
Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns and track performance
Product Lifecycle Management Support
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure smooth project progress
Assist in collecting and analyzing product performance data

Qualifications
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree or above
· Major in Marketing & Business is a plus
Experience:
· 3+ years of working experience in in marketing or category-related roles, healthcare industry preferred
· Result and detailed mindset for project execution
· Cross functional project management experience is required
· Good communication and collaboration skills, proactive attitude
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Strong business acumen
· Strong campaign execution skills
· Strong communication and influencing skills internally and externally
· Out-Side-In & customer-oriented mindset, Agility to market dynamics
· Fluent English and Mandarin required, Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
