Job Description

Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company, they are currently seeking for an Assistant Manager, Performance Marketing to join their team.

Assistant Manager, Performance Marketing

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for achieving conversion KPIs for online marketing campaigns
  • Initiate new online marketing strategies and identify market opportunities to increase online revenue
  • Oversee the annual campaign calendar and coordinate resources for executing online marketing activities
  • Lead the online marketing agency in creating and designing digital campaigns that boost sales for eCommerce channels
  • Establish metrics to measure and report on campaign performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Multimedia, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing
  • Proven track record in digital and performance marketing campaigns that achieve strong brand KPIs and sales conversions
  • Hands-on experience with paid search, display advertising, SEO, social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with app promotion, MMP solutions, and optimization techniques
  • Data-driven with knowledge of metrics, KPIs, ROI analysis, and A/B testing
  • Target-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, energetic self-starter, highly motivated, and a strong team player
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business metrics
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese is mandatory
