[What the role is]

As Performance and Rewards Manager, you will oversee JTC's performance management and total rewards frameworks, ensuring that our officers are recognised and rewarded in a manner that is equitable, competitive, and aligned to organisational goals. You will lead key annual exercises and partner with senior leadership to continuously evolve our rewards philosophy.

[What you will be working on]

• Overseeing annual performance management exercises including appraisal cycles, ranking and promotion exercises, merit increments, and salary adjustments
• Reviewing and developing performance management policies and processes in alignment with PSD guidelines and JTC's performance philosophy
• Leading compensation and benefits reviews — including market benchmarking, salary surveys, and job evaluation — to ensure JTC remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent
• Coaching and equipping line managers and HR Business Partners with the knowledge and tools to conduct effective performance conversations
• Partnering with HR Systems and Data teams to leverage analytics for evidence-based rewards decisions and policy reviews
• Collaborating with Industrial Relations or Employee Relations specialists to address grievances related to performance outcomes
• Keeping abreast of WOG developments in performance management and total rewards, and recommending enhancements to JTC's frameworks

[What we are looking for]

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, or a related HR function
• Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's public sector HR frameworks, PSD guidelines, and employment legislation
