Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. People Operations Leadership
  • Lead and oversee People Operations Specialists responsible for employee lifecycle administration.
  • Establish clear operational service standards and monitor compliance with agreed service expectations.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to People Operations team members.
  • Build team capability and support succession readiness through continuous development.
  • Monitor operational effectiveness and identify opportunities to strengthen service delivery.
  • Promote accuracy, accountability, consistency, and a high-quality employee experience across People Operations processes.
  1. Employee Lifecycle Administration

Oversee the accurate and timely administration of the following employee lifecycle processes:

  • Onboarding
  • Employee movements
  • Promotions
  • Transfers
  • Offboarding
  • Employee records management
  • HR systems transaction

Ensure that employee lifecycle activities are completed consistently, supported by appropriate documentation, and aligned with applicable policies and operational controls.

  1. HR Systems and Employee Data
  • Partner with the People Operations team to maintain accurate and complete HRIS data.
  • Ensure the integrity of employee master data across HR systems.
  • Establish appropriate data validation and operational controls for employee information.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions.
  • Support automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Develop operational dashboards and reporting frameworks to support business decisions.
  • Ensure employee information is handled in accordance with applicable data privacy requirements.
  1. Process Governance and Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor the effectiveness of People Operations processes and controls.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve HR operational processes.
  • Drive automation and process simplification initiatives.
  • Lead operational improvement projects in partnership with People & Culture leadership.
  • Support the development and maintenance of HR procedures, policies, and governance controls.
  • Ensure that process improvements strengthen operational efficiency, data integrity, and employee experience.
  1. Operational Reporting and Insights
  • Develop operational dashboards and reports covering relevant employee lifecycle, workforce, service delivery, and HR operations metrics.
  • Monitor operational performance against established service expectations.
  • Use operational information to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven insights that support People & Culture and business decisions.
  • Maintain appropriate controls over the confidentiality, accuracy, and use of employee data.
  1. Policy and Compliance Support
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure People Operations processes are performed in accordance with established governance controls.
  • Maintain appropriate standards for employee records and HR systems transactions.
  • Support operational reviews involving employee records, systems data, and People Operations processes.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion.
  1. Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, business leaders, and other stakeholders on People Operations requirements.
  • Coordinate with Corporate People teams and relevant functions on HR operations and employee experience initiatives.
  • Provide operational guidance to stakeholders on employee lifecycle processes and requirements.
  • Build effective working relationships across People & Culture and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects related to HR Operations and employee experience.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including substantial exposure to People Operations.
  • At least 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing HR Operations or People Operations team members.
  • Experience in employee lifecycle administration, employee records management, and HR systems transactions.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms and workforce analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple stakeholders and driving operational improvements.
  • Experience within a shared service, professional services, or multinational organization is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements relevant to People Operations.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion.
  • Effective stakeholder communication skills across HR and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organization and process management capabilities.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop People Operations team members.
  • Continuous improvement and process simplification mindset.
  • Working knowledge of HR systems, employee data governance, and operational reporting.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR-related certifications are an advantage but are not mandatory.
