Catering to premium guests, the venue combines luxury and world-class hospitality to create an elevated gaming experience.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced and inspiring Assistant Venue Manager to assist in leading Pearl Room and continue delivering exceptional service.

Working closely with the Venue Manager, you'll lead by example on the floor, support and develop team members, and ensure service standards are consistently delivered across all areas of the venue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day to day operation of Pearl Room, ensuring seamless service delivery, compliance and operational excellence
  • Coach, motivate, and develop front-of-house team members to maintain high standards of service, presentation, and product knowledge.
  • Manage team rosters, labour costs, and productivity to achieve operational and financial targets.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with food safety and company standards.
  • Drive a positive team culture by fostering employee engagement and supporting the ongoing development of the team.

About You

  • Previous leadership experience in an Assistant Venue Manager role
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

To Be Successful, You'll Need

  • A current Approved Manager's License or willingness to obtain one
  • Full availability across a rotating roster, including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Hold full Australian working rights
