We are looking for an individual who shares the same values as us to take up the position of Assistant Manager – Operations Finance

Here is what you need to know about this role:

• Own forward-looking sales and margin reporting, and performs expected-vs-actual margin and cost variance analysis to identify profitability leakages across customers, products and operations.
• Track customer claims and chargebacks, performs root-cause analysis, and supports resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze freight, duty, drayage and inventory costs, identifies anomalies, and provides actionable insights to operations and finance teams.
• Perform detailed OPEX analysis covering cost drivers, variances and trends to support decision-making and performance management.
• Support internal and customer quarterly business reviews by coordinating data inputs, preparing data packs, trend analyses, and ad hoc deep dives for business leaders
• Identify opportunities to automate, standardize and improve data transparency across recurring reporting and analysis.

You might be a good fit if you have/are …

• 5–8 years of experience in business analytics, commercial finance, operations finance, or operations analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau (preferred), SQL (preferred), Python (nice-to-have)
• Willingness to work directly in source systems, not only dashboards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and follow-up skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience supporting commercial, supply chain or operations teams in a business-facing finance role preferred
