Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Operations Communications to provide dedicated communications and business management support for Hong Kong Operations. In this role, you will help strengthen our strategic narrative, deliver clear and audience‑appropriate communications on key initiatives, and enhance transparency around operational priorities and performance. You will also play a key role in managing regular reporting cycles and ensuring consistent, timely, and well‑coordinated messaging across internal and external stakeholder groups.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Communications & Content Development

  • Develop clear, structured content to communicate Operations initiatives, transformation updates, and key priorities.
  • Create high‑quality written materials, presentations, and other content formats that translate technical and operational topics into clear messages for the intended audience.
  • Maintain consistent messaging that reinforces the Operations narrative and enhances understanding across the organization.

2. Reporting & Insights

  • Coordinate regular reporting cycles for Operations, ensuring information is consolidated, structured, and communicated effectively.
  • Support the business management team in preparing operational updates, summaries, and narrative materials that improve visibility of performance and progress.

3. Business Management & Engagement Support

  • Support planning, tracking, and coordination of Operations priorities and activities.
  • Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and internal documents that facilitate alignment and understanding across teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 4-6 years' experience in the insurance or financial services industry, with familiarity in Operations preferred.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese; able to simplify complex information and craft clear, compelling content.
  • Skilled in producing professional PowerPoint materials and structured written content.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across different functions.
