Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in a BPO/call center environment
  • Experience in Insurance or Healthcare

Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent coaching and feedback to empower team members and enhance performance.
  • Support new hires with thorough training for quick integration and productivity.
  • Handle escalations professionally to maintain positive client and team relationships.
  • Offer insights on process and system improvements to promote best practices and efficiency.
  • Confidently engage in supervisor-level client interactions, addressing needs to strengthen partnerships.
