The Assistant Manager Operations will support production planning and daily operational activities. The role focuses on assisting PPC functions, BOM management, consumption planning, and ERP-based production tracking to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Assist in Production Planning & Control (PPC) activities
Support preparation and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOM)
Monitor material consumption and report variances
Update and maintain production data in ERP systems
Coordinate with production, procurement, and inventory teams
Track production schedules and help resolve operational issues
Support process improvement and cost control initiatives
2–3 years of experience in production or operations management
Working knowledge of PPC, BOM, and consumption planning
Hands-on experience with ERP systems
Understanding of production workflows and inventory control
Good coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field
