Assist in planning and executing daily collection schedules across all depots in Malaysia.
Coordinate with depot managers and PUSH drivers to ensure smooth, on-time collection activities.
Monitor operational KPIs such as collection volumes, driver performance, and service coverage.
2. Fleet & Route Coordination:
Support fleet deployment and routing based on operational needs and collection volumes.
Use route planning tools to ensure efficient coverage and timely pickups.
Track vehicle usage and assist in improving route efficiency in collaboration with the logistics team.
3. EHSS Compliance:
Enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols at depots in line with internal standards and local regulations.
Conduct regular audits to ensure depot operations meet EHSS requirements.
Assist with documentation and compliance for operational licensing.
4. Reporting & Data Management:
Collect, analyze, and compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational data.
Prepare internal reports for management and operational dashboards.
Generate tailored performance reports for major customers as needed.
5. Customer Engagement:
Serve as an operational liaison for major customers to ensure excellent service delivery.
Respond to customer feedback or issues and coordinate internally for resolution.
Maintain strong working relationships with key accounts to support retention and service satisfaction.
6. PUSH Driver Incentive Support:
Track driver performance and assist in administering the incentive program.
Engage with drivers to promote motivation and provide feedback channels.
Help organize communication and engagement activities for PUSH drivers.
7. Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with depot staff, internal departments, and external partners to ensure operational targets are met.
Support the Head of Operations in implementing operational strategies and initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in logistics, operations, or service delivery (experience in sustainability or waste management is a plus).
Strong coordination, analytical, and reporting skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
Familiarity with EHSS practices and Malaysian regulatory compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
Willing to travel within Malaysia as required.
