Job Title
 Area Operations Head
Reports To Area Manager
Region - North
Travel Required - Yes (75%)
Qualifications & Experience:
Education 
• Essential: Graduate degree in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Preferred: Diploma or Postgraduate qualification in Logistics or Operations.
Experience
• 5–7 years of experience in logistics operations, last-mile delivery coordination, or vendor/partner management roles.Understanding of local geography of J&K 
• Exposure to courier, express logistics, e-commerce delivery, or franchise-based delivery models preferred. Skills & Capabilities:
Core Technical Skills
• Service Centre operations (including Delivery & pick up operations )
 SLA tracking and service quality monitoring
Operational MIS and reporting
Partner coordination and field execution

Behavioural Competencies
• Strong execution discipline
• Problem-solving mindset
• Effective communication with field partners
• Ability to work in dynamic, high-volume operations
