About the Role
In this role, the Assistant Manager, MRI provides operational and technical leadership for inpatient and/or outpatient MRI services within the Department of Radiology. This position plays a key role in ensuring safe, high‑quality imaging services through effective management of daily operations, staffing, and workflow optimization. The Assistant Manager oversees technical excellence across MRI services, ensures staff competency and regulatory compliance, and actively supports scheduling efficiency and appropriate staffing levels.
This role is responsible for the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of MRI technologists and student technologists, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Operating in both a leadership and hands‑on technical capacity, the Assistant Manager partners with radiologists, leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, patient‑centered imaging services.

Annual Salary Range: $84,150 - $135,000
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
