- Assistant Manager, MEL:
The Assistant Manager will lead the monitoring, evaluation, and learning component for TechnoServe projects under the guidance of a supervisor. This will involve collaborating with TechnoServe teams to develop robust results frameworks and MEL plans that balance rigour and feasibility, design and operationalize monitoring and evaluation activities tailored for the program and its needs, which may involve quantitative and qualitative methods and include sample surveys, in-depth interviews, formative assessments, project MIS’, as well as analytics and reporting based on these activities. Additionally, responsibilities will include closing the loop on a learning agenda that informs as well as drives strategic decision making.
