At Discovery Parks Melbourne, no two days are the same. You'll work alongside an experienced Park Manager, develop your commercial and financial capability, and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading a diverse and energetic team.
As Assistant Manager, you'll support the overall operation of the park while leading the Reception and Housekeeping teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You'll be a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, maintaining high operational standards and creating a positive team culture. Working closely with the Park Manager, you'll also gain exposure to the commercial aspects of the business, helping prepare you for the next step in your career.
