•Oversee the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and components in alignment with project timelines.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize mechanical processes and integrate advanced technologies for improved performance.
•Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
•Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols in all mechanical operations.
•Manage vendor relationships and procurement of mechanical components, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
•Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
•Support the Head - Mechanical in strategic planning and execution of mechanical projects aligned with the business unit's goals.
•Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mechanical system reliability and efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in mechanical operations and maintenance within the thermal power sector.
