Job Description

  • Write and edit proposal documents
  • Manage the proposal process, organize kick-off meetings and deliver proposals within the required timelines
  • Ensure that the shell template meets RFP requirements, subsequent drafts carry the right content tailored to the opportunity and final document is Brand & Regulatory compliant
  • Work with client service professionals and subject matter experts in Canada in developing winning proposals
  • Be an active member of the Canadian Pursuits/Proposals team

Skills and Experience

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in proposal development including exposure to leading proposals across different service lines
  • Excellent English language grammar writing and communication skills
  • Responsible for the development and management of the proposal workflow to adhere to the work plan, schedules, and milestones
  • Provide input in the proposal strategy formulation and support the Client Service Teams for developing the winning theme and value proposition
  • Strong capabilities in writing and editing proposal documents (RFPs/RFIs etc.)
  • Ease at collaborating effectively with multi-cultural, dispersed and multi-disciplinary teams; good team player
  • Ability to build and manage the relationship with key stakeholders
  • Capable of managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities at the same time
  • Ability to handle and manage stress
  • Experience working with various levels of leadership, including Senior Managers & Partners
  • Detail-oriented individual with good creative eye
  • Excellent in proofreading
  • Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.), including the ability to create and modify styles in Word and PowerPoint

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree
  • MBA (good to have)
  • Experience of working or studying abroad is a plus
