Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute mall-wide promotional campaigns and shopper engagement activities to increase traffic and sales.
  • Manage and grow the malls loyalty programme, including recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Design and implement exclusive loyalty rewards, promotions, and member events to encourage repeat visits.
  • Coordinate seasonal activations, festive campaigns, and lifestyle events with tenants and partners.
  • Oversee marketing and leasing of advertising panels and event spaces, ensuring compliance and maximising returns.
  • Analyse campaign and loyalty data to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, reports, and administrative processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail marketing, promotions, or loyalty programme management.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Creative and data-driven, with the ability to turn shopper insights into effective marketing strategies.
