About the role
and Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager – Marketing & Communication will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing and communication strategies to support the organisation’s business objectives. This position requires a creative, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance brand awareness and foster positive stakeholder relationships.
Support the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication plans aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
Organize and oversee both external and internal events, including planning, coordination, logistics, and post-event evaluation to ensure successful execution and alignment with organisational objectives.
Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, print and events.
Develop and manage marketing content such as presentations, brochures, website content, social media posts, newsletters, and press materials.
Stay informed on emerging digital and social media trends to enhance communication effectiveness.
Work closely with internal partners and regional teams to gather requirements and align communication activities.
Support budget tracking and administrative tasks related to marketing activities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Maintain and update stakeholder communications including internal briefings and external presentations.
Ensure all marketing and communication materials adhere to company guidelines and compliance requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or related disciplines.
Fluency in English & Cantonese is essential; proficiency in Putonghua is highly advantageous.
Hands‑on experience in marketing communications, campaign execution, and content development.
Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
Project management and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective communication materials.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Copilot; experience with digital tools, CMS, or marketing platforms is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
