YOUR ROLE AS ASSISTANT MANAGER, MARKETING

Ready to make waves in the airline industry? As an Assistant Manager, Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of local marketing and market development initiatives to drive demand, strengthen brand presence, and achieve business objectives.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of campaign execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure all marketing activities are aligned with strategic goals. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate insights into impactful campaigns that deliver measurable results.

WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:

✈️ Campaign Lead – Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns by briefing internal teams and agencies, reviewing and refining creative concepts and media plans, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

πŸ“Š Performance Driver – Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance against defined KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns.

🀝 Cross-Functional Partner – Work closely with PR, Digital, Brand, and other stakeholders to align campaign strategies, timelines, and messaging for seamless execution.

🎨 Creative Strategist – Identify and leverage innovative, cost-efficient marketing channels to maximise reach, engagement, and brand visibility.

🌍 Brand Builder – Champion AirAsia’s brand positioning as a leading global low-cost carrier through consistent and impactful marketing efforts.

πŸ“’ Content Enabler – Oversee and contribute to the development of engaging campaign content across digital platforms, social media, and marketing communications.
