Coordinate with Porsche corporate marketing teams to align dealership promotions with global brand standards.
Organize customer engagement events, test-drive experiences, and product launches.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies.
Prepare marketing reports and analyze ROI of campaigns.
Enhance customer experience through personalized marketing initiatives.
Support sales teams with promotional materials and lead-generation campaigns.
Build long-term relationships with Porsche owners and prospects through loyalty programs and exclusive events.
Ensure all marketing activities, dealership events, and promotional campaigns comply with safety regulations and Porsche standards
Collaborate with the Safety Officer to integrate safety messaging into marketing communications (e.g., responsible driving, vehicle safety features).
Oversee event logistics to guarantee customer and staff safety during test drives, exhibitions, and dealership functions.
Conduct risk assessments for marketing events and implement preventive measures.
Promote a culture of safety awareness among marketing staff and external vendors.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive or luxury retail sector.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Passion for luxury automobiles and customer-centric marketing.
Understanding of workplace safety practices and event risk management.
