Job Description

[What the role is]

You will be part of the team that drives the formulation and review of JTC’s allocation and lease management policies relating to the industrial property market to ensure sustained economic growth and creation of good jobs.

[What you will be working on]

The team’s responsibilities include:

  • Analysing emerging trends in Singapore’s industrial and economic landscape to ensure relevance of JTC’s policies
  • Engaging key stakeholders (both internal and external) for feedback and formulating policy responses
  • Communicating findings and recommendations of policy reviews in an effective manner
  • Co-creating solutions with frontline business officers for complex cases
  • Pricing and tender of industrial land and facilities
  • In the course of your work, you will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues from other divisions, and peers from the ministry and economic agencies, to achieve the above outcomes.

[What we are looking for]

Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with and influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. The candidate should also have strong critical thinking, analytical skills and is resourceful and meticulous in nature. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Background in Real Estate / Business / Economics, or having at least 2 years of working experience in the real estate industry or policy formulation, will be an advantage.
