Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the production line.
• Identify and resolve chronic and recurring equipment issues.
• Plan and manage spare parts inventory to ensure equipment availability.
• Execute preventive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule.
• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis of breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and practices.
• Support and implement new projects and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and improve equipment performance by maintaining MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
• Attend equipment breakdowns promptly and carry out effective troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Education Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics; Bachelors of Technology
