About the Client
Our client is a leading diversified business group with regional operations across travel, aviation, hospitality, logistics, and insurance, known for its commitment to innovation, customer excellence, and business growth.
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Learning & Development to lead training and development initiatives, identify learning needs, coordinate impactful programs, and support employee growth across the organization. The role focuses on enhancing workforce capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CPO and AVP L&D to support and execute the organization's learning strategy
- Manage and continuously enhance the Learning Management System, including user administration, course creation, content uploads, reporting, and analytics
- Design, develop, and curate learning content and structured learning courses, including e-learning modules, blended programs, and learning pathways
- Create engaging learning materials such as digital modules, presentations, facilitator guides, and participant resources in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Deliver training programs, workshops, and learning interventions as and when business needs arise
- Collaborate with business and functional leaders to identify training needs and development opportunities
- Track learning effectiveness and engagement, evaluate outcomes, and recommend continuous improvements
- Liaise with external learning partners and vendors when specialized interventions are required
- Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in learning, digital enablement, and capability development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a corporate or multi-business environment
- Strong capability in learning content creation, instructional design, and course development
- Hands-on experience managing an LMS and digital learning platforms
- Confidence in facilitating and delivering training programs across different audiences
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
