About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Lab Network to support the expansion and performance of a growing diagnostic laboratory network. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, increasing referral channels, and driving revenue growth through effective network management and business development initiatives.

Candidates with experience in hospital coordination, diagnostic centers, or healthcare business development are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a hospital, diagnostic laboratory, or healthcare network
• Experience in roles such as Senior Executive / Business Development Executive / Network Coordinator in a healthcare setting will be considered.
• Strong relationship management and business development skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.

Key Responsibilities

Network Development & Revenue Growth

• Identify and onboard new collection centers, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners to expand the laboratory network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients to increase test referrals.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase network utilisation and revenue.
• Monitor performance of existing network partners and drive initiatives to improve contribution.

Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for network partners and ensure smooth coordination.
• Address partner concerns, service issues, and operational challenges promptly.
• Conduct regular visits to partner locations to maintain engagement and strengthen relationships.

Sales & Marketing Support

• Support promotional activities, awareness campaigns, and marketing initiatives to drive business.
• Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and customer trends to the Sales & Marketing team.
• Assist in achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.

Operational Coordination

• Coordinate with internal laboratory and operations teams to ensure service quality and timely reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and healthcare regulations across the network.
• Prepare regular performance reports and network growth updates for management.
