Digital & Sustainability Team is one of Grab’s verticals that handle GrabKios, GrabGrosir, Partner Attributes, and ESG.
About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to drive the growth and sustainability of Partner Attributes as a business vertical. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, operations, and partnerships—owning the end-to-end P&L while unlocking new revenue streams and scaling execution across regions. You will play a critical role in shaping how we monetize and manage Partner Attributes, from pricing strategy and supply chain optimization to launching new initiatives and partnerships. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Financial Management & P&L Ownership
Own the end-to-end P&L of Partner Attributes sales, balancing top-line growth with strong bottom-line performance
Define pricing strategies and optimize cost structures, including sourcing and payment schemes
Monitor financial performance, including bad debt, and conduct regular gap analysis against targets
Oversee Accounts Payable processes (PR/PO), payment recaps, and lead audit and reconciliation with Finance
Strategic Growth & Sales Execution
Develop and execute vertical growth strategies to increase sales velocity and market penetration
Partner with territory teams to align on targets, execution plans, and program rollouts
Identify and unlock new revenue streams to expand the partners Attributes portfolio
Supply Chain & Vendor Management
Manage end-to-end inventory lifecycle, including stock health, DOI tracking, and procurement monitoring
Collaborate with vendors and procurement teams on specifications, pricing structures, and delivery timelines
Ensure operational efficiency and reliability across the supply chain
Special Projects & Innovations
Lead key initiatives such as Grab Things and Kios Ads collaborations
Drive regional strategic projects, including vendor consolidation
Integrate ESG practices into supply chain operations and monitor compliance
Execute ecosystem programs to support broader business goals
What Essential Skills You Will Need
You have Heart, Hunger, Honour, and Humility.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
You have at least 5+ years of experience in retail sales strategy and project management.
A strong business owner mindset with proven experience managing P&L or commercial performance
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into structured execution plans
Comfortable working across functions (Finance, Ops, Procurement, Territory teams) and managing stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, especially in financial and operational metrics, with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools
Experience in supply chain, vendor management, or procurement is a strong plus
Agile and hands-on—able to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives from 0 to 1
