Job Description

Company Background:

We are representing our client; the worlds 2nd largest convenience store chain, with over 17,500 stores across various markets globally. Backed with over 40 years of experience in convenience retailing to fill the role as Assistant Manager - IT Operations

  • Interact with business users across all levels of the organization.
  • Conduct GAP analysis between the existing (AS-IS) and desired (TO-BE) business processes.
  • Design and document TO-BE business processes aligned with standard MS Dynamic application functionality.
  • Design and document functional application configurations.
  • Design and document functional enhancements to WMS, including Screens, Interfaces, and Reports.
  • Collaborate with development resources to ensure compliance with functional designs.
  • Prepare test scenarios and scripts for application testing cycles.
  • Provide support for application, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Assist in incident management and change request processes.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of WMS Developer working experience
  • 3+ years' experience in WMS module, including Distribution Center configuration and implementation of Put-away strategy and Allocation strategy with WMS
  • Good knowledge of MySQL
  • Results-oriented with the ability to support team objectives and goals.
  • Retail experience is beneficial.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills are essential
