Assistant Manager – IT

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ERP system support, implementation, and workflow automation across sector companies.
• Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, CCTV systems, and connectivity across multiple locations.
• Manage Microsoft 365 (O365), SharePoint, email systems, and user access administration.
• Ensure data backup, recovery, and IT security compliance across all systems.
• Handle vendor management and procurement of IT products and services.
• Develop and implement IT governance, policies, SOPs, and documentation.
• Monitor voice, data, and internet services for uninterrupted operations.
• Conduct IT awareness sessions and support end-user training.
• Support digital transformation and continuous IT process improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and networking. Knowledge of SAP can be considered an added advantage.

• Minimum 4 years proven working experience

• Experience in CCTV, connectivity, and IT security practices.
• Good understanding of IT governance and vendor management.
• Certifications like ITIL / Microsoft / Cisco will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and partners.

• Commitment and desire to achieve personal and company goals.
