Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – IT to oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure while ensuring smooth system operations and security. The role involves leading ERP system management, providing advanced technical support, and coordinating IT initiatives to support business operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP system implementation, maintenance, and user training
  Oversee and manage company IT infrastructure (servers, networks, systems)
• Ensure cybersecurity measures (firewalls, antivirus, data protection)
• Provide advanced IT support and resolve technical issues
• Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime
• Manage IT assets, procurement, and vendor coordination
• Ensure IT policies, compliance, and risk management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science or a related field
  5+ years of experience in the IT field with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP B1 / IFS or similar) is essential
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Google Workspace / MS 365)
• Strong knowledge of IT security, networking, VPNs, and firewalls
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership
