Job Description Summary:

The Assistant Manager, IPM / Inventory & PO – Junior supports day-to-day purchasing, inventory management, and product supply operations for Vivace. This position works closely with Product, Sales, Warehouse, and overseas vendors to ensure accurate purchase orders, appropriate inventory levels, and timely product delivery.

The role will also support inventory and purchasing activities for new Hair Brand initiatives as the business expands.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) based on inventory requirements and product plans.
• Monitor inventory levels, sales trends, incoming shipments, and product availability.
• Track production, shipment, and delivery schedules and follow up on outstanding orders.
• Coordinate with overseas vendors/factories regarding PO status, production schedules, quantities, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate PO, inventory, shipment, and product-related data in internal systems.
• Assist with inventory planning to minimize out-of-stock and overstock situations.
• Communicate inventory and incoming shipment status to Sales, Product, Warehouse, and other related teams.
• Support PO and inventory management activities for new product launches and new Hair Brand initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain inventory/PO reports as needed.
• Perform other IPM-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in purchasing, inventory, supply chain, or order management is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Hair / Beauty industry experience is a plus.
• Korean-English bilingual preferred.

The anticipated compensation range is

65,000.00 - 105,000.00 USD Annual

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
