• Ensuring FIFO and safety
• Finalize Manpower based on MOST & Automotive Manufacturing Practices.
• Responsible for assisting in facility planning for new projects & ongoing EN changes.
• Communicate with the Administration & SCM departments in case of layout preparations , manpower identification and new product development
• Responsible for maintaining inventory norms, stage wise process, knowledge of packaging & material handling equipment.
