CRMG is looking for an Assistant Manager I with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the 88-unit apartment community of Brentwood Village. Amenities at this apartment community include an outdoor seasonal pool and pet stations!
You will be assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day management including leasing of apartments, answering phones, touring with prospects, marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.

Hourly Rate: $18.0-$20.00/hr.
Schedule: Part-Time, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
Weekly Contracted Hours: 24 hrs.
Additional Compensation: A monthly $25.00 cell phone stipend
