You will lead core HR practices across the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Emerson’s global standards while meeting local business needs.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational and commercial priorities, including workforce planning and organizational design.
Provide HR business partnering support to managers, enabling effective performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, engagement, performance, and offboarding processes.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company policies, including documentation, audits, and governance requirements.
Support compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews, bonus planning, and benefits administration.
Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to implement corporate HR programs and initiatives.
Support change management initiatives, including business transformation, restructuring, or process improvements.
Maintain accurate HR data and reporting to support decision-making and business insights.
