Assistant Manager ‐ Human Resource - Systems

(Based at Battaramulla)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In-depth functional and technical knowledge of HCM and Payroll modules.

• Strong capability in PL/SQL, Fast Formula, BI Publisher (BIP) reporting, and system personalization.

• Understanding system integrations, interfaces, and security layers.

• Ability to manage system configuration, enhancements, and product upgrades.

• Knowledge of data governance, audit processes, and database accuracy controls.

• Exposure to time & labour, absence management, and payroll processing systems.

• Capability to drive process improvements and system innovations.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end employee talent management system lifecycle.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar HR Systems / HRIS / Payroll systems capacity.

• Hands-on experience in managing and supporting enterprise HR systems (HCM + Payroll).

• Experience in system implementations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.

• Exposure to data reconciliation, system issue resolution, and operational support.

• Experience in handling large-scale payroll operations and system environments.

• Involvement in stakeholder coordination across HR, IT, and business teams.

• Experience supporting training, user adoption, and system governance processes.
