Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including:
  • Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
  • Screening resumes and coordinating interviews
• Support onboarding and induction of new hires
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation
• Coordinate employee attendance, leave records, and basic payroll inputs
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
• Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
• Assist in ensuring HR compliance and documentation
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
• Freshers / recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and professional behavior

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Internship or project experience in HR or recruitment
• Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
• Basic knowledge of labor laws (optional)
