The Job

• Support distribution channels to grow High Net Worth business for the company, including but not limited to Brokerage and Bancassurance

• Deliver HNW business case management service to respective business channel

• Be the subject matter expert, provide support to distribution channels, both internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure a smooth process on all new business, policy servicing submission and assignment documentation

• Streamline internal workflow with departments regarding new business, policy servicing, premium and policy financing matters & obtain gatekeepers clearance

• Discuss & negotiate with relevant parties (internal & external) to ensure problems are solved

• Maintain good records, generate status reports for management/team heads as needed

• Support and back up respective channels (including but not limited to brokers) as assigned by team head

• Development on tasks/initiatives assigned by the team heads from time to time

The Person

• Degree holder in business or other related discipline

• Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in life insurance functions (with HNW experience is highly recommended)

• High level of business sense, risk, sales quality, and compliance awareness

• Open-minded on managing multi-channels

• Possess high sense of responsibility and job ownership

• Strong knowledge on life insurance products, operational flows

• Strong interpersonal skill, problem solving skill and team leader/player

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficiency PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
