Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong

The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing reception services for CNCB/CITIC Group guests and arranging other logistics to facilitate their visit in WBG.
• Assist in arranging WBG management meetings and consolidating meeting materials.
• Assist in consolidating WBG pipeline report, CA tracking report, LDO tracking report, LXH report and other internal reports.
• Arrange CA Quality Champion Meeting and assist in communication between WBG & RMG regarding CA Quality Champion Meeting.
• Consolidate WBG excellent marketing case and assist in any case related reports/events.
• Prepare regular / ad-hoc business reports / papers related to WBG or GCO.
• Assist in planning and organizing CNCB/CITIC/WBG events / entertainments.
• Support Business Coordination Head in preparing various internal reports of WBG and documents about WBG part for Bank-wide initiatives upon request.
• Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering / counter terrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.

Requirements:

· Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines is preferred

· Preferably 2-3 years’ of experience in corporate banking or related sector.

· With experience gained from PRC sector will be advantage.

· Knowledge on commercial and cross-border banking business.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
