Leadership Opportunity

We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Operations Supervisor to help lead daily operations at our go-kart track and arcade within a fast-paced family entertainment center.

This is a great opportunity for supervisors, shift leaders, and assistant managers who want to grow their leadership career in the entertainment, tourism, or hospitality industry.

What You'll Do

As an Operations Supervisor / Assistant Manager, you will help oversee the daily operations of attractions while supporting team members and delivering a safe and fun guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise a team of 15–50 attraction operators and guest service employees
  • Oversee daily operations of go-karts, rides, and entertainment attractions
  • Ensure all attractions operate safely, efficiently, and according to safety standards
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support
  • Maintain employee attendance records and performance tracking.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and operational planning
  • Conduct regular attraction checks to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Support shift leads and front desk team members
  • Respond to guest concerns and ensure excellent customer service
  • Assist with holiday operations, special events, and peak tourism seasons
  • Help manage inventory and operational supplies

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of leadership experience (Shift Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, etc.)
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, restaurants, tourism, or entertainment is a plus.
  • Strong team leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
  • Passion for customer service and creating great guest experiences
  • Strong organization and problem-solving abilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 39 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
