s:

Sales Performance Dashboard

• Executing sales performance dashboard by products/ channels to support Consumer Banking business
• Supporting superior in coordinating with reporting teams to execute and extract the performance tracking based on the prescribed business rules for the purpose of performance management
• Assisting superior in monitoring information consistency, streamlining and synchronisation of reports from reporting teams for sales performance measures
• Provide guidance and attend queries from respective stakeholders in related focus area pertains to sales performance and measurement

Sales Report and Analysis

• Prepare sales productivity reports and analysis for portfolio under purview through monthly performance dashboard
• Supporting business units in the production of performance report for management perusal, i.e. monthly performance dashboard, monthly FBI reports as well as monthly management meeting (MMM) slide presentation.
• Production of monthly OPEX, CRR, CFR report for business units monitoring and review of cost and income distribution.
• Preparing annual business units profiling for management

KPI Performance Tracking

• Prepare monthly KPI data – basic information, template used, target and achievement for the team/ portfolio under purview
• Collate, validate and tabulate performance details on monthly, quarterly and half yearly basis for the team/ portfolio under purview.
• Monitor information consistency, streamlining and synchronisation of report with source providers
• Ensure that the data maintenance and information are available for KPI tracking tabulation
• Monitor the implementation of MIS processes and ensure the accuracy and completeness of KPI tracking tabulation by system for the team/ portfolio under purview
• Provide support and assistance on any queries from staff pertaining to KPI tracking and other performance measure

Incentive Qualifier Reporting

• Producing incentive qualifiers report for business units pertains to incentive payout under the respective portfolio under review on monthly, quarterly and yearly incentive qualifiers criteria.
• Coordinating with Sales Planning and CBPA-Incentive team on incentive qualifiers matters

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensures all operations in compliance with Group, local and regional regulations
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. BNM) and external auditors

Required Skills;

• Advanced Microsoft Excel functions (macro programming) and reports automation skills
• Knowledge of reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms will be an added advantage
• Understanding of web based application using JAVA, PHP, MsSQL or any other programming language is supplementary benefits.
• Experienced in sales performance tracking, sales dashboarding and analytics
• Strategic analytical thinking with attention to detail and strong math aptitude, pro-active independent with less supervision
• Exposure to business process orientation is preferred
