As the Assistant Manager - Partnerships & Fundraising, you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding our portfolio of high-impact financial partnerships. You will support fundraising strategy, manage donor relationships, and ensure high-quality proposal development and reporting. This role requires strong ownership, proactive coordination across teams, and close collaboration with senior leadership to sustain relationships with corporates, international foundations, and multilateral agencies.
Your responsibilities will include:

3. Donor Relationship Management
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
5. Knowledge, System & Communications Management
Required Qualifications & Experiences:
Experience: 3–6 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, donor management, or proposal development (non-profit or CSR experience preferred).
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM platforms is preferred.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver within tight timelines, and work comfortably in cross-functional environments.
Travel: Comfort with occasional travel for partner engagements, donor visits, and field walkthroughs.
Bonus: Experience engaging with major International/Indian Foundations and/or Family offices is a distinct advantage.
