As an Assistant Store Manager at Scrubs & Beyond, you will support the Store Manager in driving overall store performance, ensuring all areas of the store are aligned with keyobjectivesand delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will encompass allfacetsof store operations, including scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory management, financial reporting, and safety protocols.

In this role, you will alsolead, mentor, and motivate store employees, while developing strategies to achievebusiness goals and boost sales in a competitive market. Additionally, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s market share by selling to both group accounts and retail customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business results by analyzing trends, maximizing daily sales, and developing team members to achieve business goals
  • In partnership with the Store Manager, you will manageexpense budgets, payroll management, and ensure adherence to procedures
  • Establish new and preserve long-term customer relationships by cultivating andmaintainingrelationships with local healthcare providers and adhering to outreach expectations
  • Create an exceptional customer experience by having a strong presence on the sales floor and modelingoptimalselling behaviors
  • Assistthe Store Manager in fostering continuous learning and development for all team members by providing regular feedback and leading performance management efforts inan equitableand consistent manner
  • Act as the leaderin the buildingand take on management responsibilities when the Store Manager is notavailable,which includes coaching and training team members
  • Leadthrough theKindthreadCore Values, inspire innovation, andmaintaina high-performance culture
  • Execute andmaintainstrong visual merchandising standards

Essential Qualifications

  • Possessin-depth retailexpertise
  • Have at least 2-4years of retail or sales experience in aleadershipcapacity or relevantexperience
  • Proventrack recordof consistently meeting or exceeding personal and overall store sales targets
  • Able to quickly understand and address business information (e.g.,budgets and sales forecasts, retailstrategyand approaches)
  • Canworka flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • FT 32-40hoursweekly
