About Forster Discovery Park
This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning, industry-leading holiday park located approximately 3.5 hours north of Sydney and just 10 minutes from the beach. The park offers an enviable lifestyle, with the Wallamba River nearby for water skiing and jet skiing, while Newcastle Airport is approximately 1hr 30 minutes away.
With a strong base of loyal guests, high levels of pre-booking and consistently strong customer satisfaction, this is a park that is going from strength to strength.
About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Assistant Manager who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys leading people and isn't afraid to get stuck in.
This is a significant operational leadership role within a large and successful park. You’ll work closely with the Park Managers to oversee day-to-day operations and play a key role in ensuring the park continues to deliver the exceptional guest experience it is known for.
The park comprises 90 cabins, 70 tourist sites, 35 permanent sites and 120 annuals, with a team of approximately 30 across Housekeeping, Grounds & Maintenance and Reception.
