Job Responsibilities

• Ensure outsourced work scopes are transitioned according to Infomate laid out procedure
• Develop and maintain KPI for the client delivery
• Maintaining good client relationships
• Optimize and develop staff performance

Person Specifications

• Strong Accounting, Month End Finalization & Team Management Skills
• 6+ years relevant work experience in Finance and Accounting with prior experience in the BPO Sector
• Completed/ Following a relevant degree program or a professional qualification in Finance/ Accounting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
• Good knowledge and experience in Advanced Excel with analytical skills
• Willingness to work for the Australian Time (6.30am to 3.00pm) and Calendar
