Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end‑to‑end BPO finance operations (AP/AR/R2R) while ensuring all outsourced processes adhere to Infomate’s transition procedure and delivery standards.
- Develop, monitor, and drive KPIs/SLA performance, ensuring operational quality, productivity, and continual improvement.
- Own client relationship management through proactive communication, negotiation, issue resolution, performance discussions, and process governance.
- Provide strong people leadership through coaching, developing, and optimizing team performance to meet delivery expectations.
- Drive process improvements and operational excellence by identifying gaps, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing efficiency initiatives.
Person Specifications
- 6+ years relevant work experience in Finance and Accounting with minimum 2 years of experience in the BPO sector
- Completed a relevant degree program or a professional qualification in Finance/ Accounting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
- Good knowledge and experience in Advanced Excel with analytical skills
- Willingness to work for the Australian Time (4.30am to 1.00pm) and Calendar
