The Assistant Manager, Finance Accounting is responsible for supporting company’s functions in royalty copyright, financial, accounting of Universal Music Group (UMG).
About the role:
Support in Royalty management (calculation, report & payment) accordingly to corporate standards.
Support in Revenue management (Data Processing & Reporting)
Liaising with Bank Indonesia to submit monthly Lalu Lintas Devisa (LLD) Report.
Providing details of forecast and yearly plan in HFM through coordination with company’s internal departments.
Preparing all reports (Monthly, Quarterly) and analysis for Regional/Global - ensuring completion and filing of all financial documents
Reviewing record journal vouchers covering sales, depreciations, prepayments, insurance, claims and other provisions
Conducting reconciliations and audit trails of general ledger accounts and other accounts required by company policy.
Liaising with WNS and FSC to review financial reports and ensure proper conduct for monthly closing.
Liaising with external / internal auditor for all audit matters.
Desirable Traits:
Bachelor or master’s in accounting or finance from a reputable and well-known university, major in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Preferably fresh graduate or experience up to 2 years.
Possess good analytical skills, problem solving, team player, entrepreneurship
Strong verbal and written English communications skills.
Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus the ability to quickly learn and work with the new systems and software.
Have a strong drive to learn new things.
Good attitude and integrity are a must.
