We are seeking a detail-oriented financial professional to provide support to our regional and global teams. This role is responsible for processing and managing the daily financial activities alongside standard month-end close duties. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in accounting principles, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and a readiness to provide reliable business support through accurate financial data and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide dedicated business support to regional operations teams by delivering accurate financial data, resolving transactional issues, and assisting with day-to-day inquiries.
• Manage the end-to-end setup of new sales orders, service requests, and client accounts in the ERP system to ensure accurate financial tracking.
• Create, process, and track internal Purchase Orders (POs), partnering closely with the Accounts Payable (AP) team to maintain smooth workflows and ensure timely vendor processing.
• Calculate, record, and manage monthly revenue accruals.
• Create, process and manage invoices, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to clients.
• Partner directly with the dedicated collections team, providing them with the necessary operational context to resolve billing discrepancies and help accelerate cash collection.
• Execute assigned month-end close activities, ensuring accurate cost allocations and general ledger integrity.
• Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions, cross-border recharges, and third-party operational expenses.
• Prepare, update, and distribute standardized operational and financial reports (e.g., metric scorecards, client tracking, performance dashboards).
• Smartsheet data management.
• Support finance leadership with financial reporting, data validation, process improvement and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in accounting, finance operations, or junior financial support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles, specifically accrual accounting, revenue recognition, and month-end close procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage fluctuating daily transactional workflows while meeting strict monthly corporate deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to supporting cross-functional team members.
