Whatyou’lldo
Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across product lines and business units.
Oversee financial modeling, scenario analysis, and performance tracking to support decision-making.
Analyze financial and operational performance,identifytrends and variances, and recommend solutions.
Partner with leaders across BCAA toprovidefinancial insight, business case support, and strategic guidance.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Continuously improve financial models, reporting processes, and tools.
Lead and develop a team of Financial Analysts.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, economics, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in financial analysisand reporting in a complex and dynamic environment.
Prior experience leading or mentoring team members.
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
Strong communicationskills with the ability to present complex information to non-finance stakeholders.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (experience with tools likeWorkday Adaptive Planning andPower BIis an asset)
CPA or CFA designation (or equivalent education/professional accounting designation MBA, CA, CGA, or CMA).
The salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $117,000.00 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity.
Please note that this is a temporary contract for 6-Months. Applicants who are not located within commuting distance of our Head Office or are not looking to relocate to the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region will not be considered.
