Whatyou’lldo

• Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across product lines and business units.

• Oversee financial modeling, scenario analysis, and performance tracking to support decision-making.

• Analyze financial and operational performance,identifytrends and variances, and recommend solutions.

• Partner with leaders across BCAA toprovidefinancial insight, business case support, and strategic guidance.

• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Continuously improve financial models, reporting processes, and tools.

• Lead and develop a team of Financial Analysts.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, economics, or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience in financial analysisand reporting in a complex and dynamic environment.

• Prior experience leading or mentoring team members.

• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Strong communicationskills with the ability to present complex information to non-finance stakeholders.

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (experience with tools likeWorkday Adaptive Planning andPower BIis an asset)

• CPA or CFA designation (or equivalent education/professional accounting designation MBA, CA, CGA, or CMA).

The salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $117,000.00 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity.

Please note that this is a temporary contract for 6-Months. Applicants who are not located within commuting distance of our Head Office or are not looking to relocate to the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region will not be considered.
