Job Description

• Execute all secondary trade distribution deals
• Preparation of Risk Participation Certificates for finalised transactions
• Be accountable for end to end deal documentation, which includes negotiating documents with multiple client banks and insurance brokers.
• Responsible for checking transaction status at maturity and follow up with branches and operations till settlement.
• Responsible for MIS shared with Risk, Relationship team.
• Responsible for handling documents for all trade transactions bought in the secondary market
• To ensure all transaction details are up to date and pipeline is maintained
• Support FI business for other matters as required
