Job Description

  • Supporting relationship management with each client, supporting credit administration, coordinating and facilitating clients in doing business transaction with the Bank to satisfy the clients;
  • Frequently monitoring each client’s credit limit utilization in order to boost the utilization and informing the FI- Non-Bank’s Relationship Management on abnormal case in order to jointly search for preventive measure for the Bank;
  • Jointly with the FI- Non-Bank’s Relationship Management on, Legal and other related units, negotiating agreement terms and conditions i.e. lending agreement and related agreement, ISDA, etc. and following up the client to sign the agreement in order to accelerate the client’s credit limit utilization;
  • Quickly preparing and managing all important documents, and solving problems and negotiating terms and conditions with client and related parties to jointly work with the FI- Non-Bank’s Relationship Management in obtaining approval so that all important documents are quickly received reducing document risk to the Bank;
  • Supporting credit service and related documentation for both pre and post approval to the FI Non-Bank’s Relationship Management;
  • Supporting the FI Non-Bank’s Relationship Management in verifying client’s information in Enlite, 1 Platform system and credit file including other internal and external data sources;
  • Supporting the FI - Non-Bank’s Relationship Management in copying documents, preparing information and preparing checklists from KYC/CDD / Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO) / Credit Bureau check list and scanning documents to the system;
  • Coordinating with related internal and external parties to support credit administration of FI i.e. Domestic Banking for collateral appraisal, units under Credit Operation to prepare loan agreement, set up credit limit, disburse/repay loan, etc., Treasury to inform on disbursement/repayment in advance and other related units which are not limited to the previously mentioned;
  • Preparing disbursement order for lending facilities and P/N rollover;
  • Following up and monitoring principal and interest payment frequently;
  • Performing the account transfer for all types of clients, both within and outside unit;
  • Preparing and managing credit files according to the Bank’s regulation; 
  • Preparing reports to be presented to management within timeline i.e. credit limit utilization report, loan forecast report;
  • Coordinating with Relationship Management, Wholesale Bank Funding and other related units on client's account opening
  • Performing any other duties as and when assigned.
