Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to:
- Ensure smooth functioning of all corporate sites and facilitate the medical team in providing 24/7 medical services at client field locations.
- Assist faculty members with ongoing clinical matters at field sites, organize monthly meetings between medical officers and faculty, and facilitate appraisals and training programs.
- Arrange travel and logistics, ensure medical team coverage, maintain the rota schedule, and prepare site rotation plans for round-the-clock service coverage.
- Manage and process transport reimbursement claims for physicians and nurses.
- Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of pharmacy, medical, and surgical supplies, maintaining accurate charging and documentation.
- Facilitate and support internal and external audits, CME sessions, and workshop activities.
- Maintain and update staff training records, rotation schedules, and compliance documents, including BLS certifications, PMDC registrations, and HR files, to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of senior medical officers by coordinating interviews, expediting HR formalities, and ensuring timely placement at corporate sites.
- Facilitate contract negotiations and renewals in collaboration with relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Prepare quotations and proposals, and identify new business opportunities to support departmental growth.
- Lead and coordinate health awareness programs, health camps, vaccination drives, and wellness activities at corporate premises.
- Represent the department in client meetings, presentations, and promotional events.
- Handle client and staff complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
