Assistant Manager - Facility

About the Role:

• To provide a comprehensive property management service and ensure that all amenities are maintained as per standard
• To lead a team of technical / housekeeping / guest relations/ helpdesk / horticulture/civil and other site personnel
• To review and modify processes and procedures as and when required.
• To attend and control any incidents at premise immediately and submit incident report to reporting manager / client within defined TAT
• To ensure all client complaints / queries are addressed and resolved within the TAT.
• Track all works related to Masonry, Carpentry, Plumber, sanitary, Welding & Painting and technical works

About You:

• Need to be Diploma / B Tech – Electrical/Civil with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in same profile
• Good communication in Hindi , English and regional language
• High standard of grooming
